基于SLP法和流量-距离分析法的快递站点设施布局设计 被引量:1

摘要 快递站点布局是快递发展中的重要问题。当前,快递站点设施布局设计普遍缺乏整体规划、科学分析、合理布局,造成物流迂回、搬运工作量大等问题。针对快递站点布局存在的问题,以某快递公司其中一个站点为研究对象,应用设施布局理论,采用SLP法进行改进,得到了基于SLP方法的两个初始可行优化方案,并通过流量-距离分析法对初始可行优化方案进行比较分析,进而得到一个物流动线合理、搬运工作量较小、方便物流作业的设施布局方案。 The layout of express delivery sites is an important subject in the development of express delivery. At present, the layout design of express station facilities generally lacks overall planning, scientific analysis and rational layout, resulting in problems such as logistics detours and large material flows. Aiming at the problems of express site layout, this paper uses one of the stations of a courier company as the research object and in the study, the application layout theory is applied to improve according to the SLP method. Two initial feasible optimization schemes based on the SLP method and the Flow-Distance analysis method are adopted. The initial feasible optimization scheme is compared and analyzed, so that a facility layout scheme with reasonable material flow line, small handling workload and convenient logistics operation is obtained.
