气候变化对海洋渔业的影响与对策研究

Impacts of Climate Change on Marine Fisheries and Its Countermeasures

气候变化问题已变成国际上研究有关环境问题的焦点议题。随着国内外学者对气候变化相关研究的深入,其对渔业造成的影响越发明确。据《2018年世界渔业和水产养殖状况》,在保障粮食安全、营养供应和人类生计等方面,渔业占据着越来越重要的地位。相对于内陆渔业,以海水水域环境为基础、海水生态系统为依托的海洋渔业更易受到气候变化的影响。基于此,从气候变化对海洋环境特性驱动因素入手,研究气候变化对海洋渔业的影响,从中探寻应对措施,以期实现气候变化下的海洋渔业可持续发展。

The issue of climate change has become the focus of international research on environmental issues.With the further research on climate change by scholars at home and abroad,the impact on fisheries is becoming more and more obvious.According to the State of World Fisheries and Aquaculture in 2018,fisheries are playing an increasingly important role in ensuring food security,nutrient supply and human livelihoods.Compared with inland fisheries,marine fisheries based on seawater ecosystems and marine ecosystems are more susceptible to climate change.Based on this,from the climate change to the driving factors of marine environmental characteristics,this paper studied the impact of climate change on marine fisheries,and explored countermeasures to achieve sustainable development of marine fisheries under climate change.
