新产品开发与商业模式设计的过程融合与循环迭代——基于科希曼的探索性研究

Process Integration and Loop Iteration of New Product Development and Business Model Design:An Exploratory Study Based on KOCHEM

创新是技术成果商业化的过程,新产品开发过程与商业模式设计过程是两个不同的过程,还是同一过程的两个不同认识层面,是一个值得探究的问题.现有文献分别探究两者的比较多,而鲜见将两者联系起来研究.本研究以科希曼公司为案例研究对象,探讨新产品开发过程与商业模式设计过程的关系.研究发现:新产品开发过程与商业模式设计过程是相互交融的;新产品开发与商业模式设计过程是一个动态的、不断调整升级的循环迭代过程.

Innovation is always booming in the commercialization process of technological achievements. It is worth exploring whether the processes of new product development and business model design are two different ones or two different levels of understanding in the same process. The existing literature explores the two more respectively rather than in connection. With KOCHEM company as a study case, this paper explores the new product development process and its relationship with the business model design process. The research finds that the processes of new product development and business model design are intertwined;and it is a dynamic, continuous upgrading loop iterative process.
