信息化赋能企业生产业务流程持续优化——基于友元办公联盟的案例研究

Continuous Optimization of the Production Business Process in Information-Enabled Enterprises:A Research Based on Youyuan Office Union

本文基于赋能视角探讨信息化对企业生产业务流程持续改善的作用机理,采用扎根理论对一家生产服务型企业展开纵向案例研究.研究表明:(1)信息化赋能包含三种赋能方式(结构赋能、领导赋能和心理赋能)和两个赋能表现(赋能共识及权限争取),信息化赋能实现过程中遵从结构赋能到领导赋能到心理赋能的先后顺序.(2)信息化赋能对生产业务流程持续改善的作用机理表现为递进式的差异性影响,从结构赋能为业务流程持续改善提供基本支持,到领导赋能影响下的权限争取,再到心理赋能下的赋能共识.

Based on the empowerment perspective, this paper explores the mechanism of information technology on the continuous improvement of enterprise production business processes. Using the grounded theory to conduct a vertical case study of a production-service enterprise, the research findings show:(1) Informatization includes three ways of empowerment (structural empowerment, leadership empowerment and psychological empowerment) and two manifestations of empowerment (consensus of empowerment and strive for jurisdiction), and presents the evolution path from structural empowerment to leadership empowerment and then to psychological empowerment.(2)The mechanism of informationization empowerment on continuous improvement of production business process shows progressive difference effects. The impact of these differences is from structural empowerment to provide basic supports for continuous improvement of business processes, to authority struggle under leadership empowerment, and to empowerment consensus under psychological empowerment.
