摘要
在我们的日常生活中,取暖是重大的民生问题,供热锅炉是否正常运行直接关系到千家万户的温暖。锅炉金属腐蚀是不可避免的现实问题,其中氧腐蚀是供热系统的典型腐蚀,本文着重探讨锅炉氧腐蚀的产生原因和发展过程,以实际案例说明锅炉检验过程中发现的氧腐蚀现象及表现形式,针对我国现有防腐技术,提出预防氧腐蚀的措施和建议。
In our daily life, heating is a major livelihood problem, the normal operation of heating boilers is directly related to the warmth of thousands of families. The corrosion of boiler metal is an inevitable practical problem, among which oxygen corrosion is a typical corrosion of heating system. This paper focuses on the causes and development process of oxygen corrosion of boiler. The phenomenon and manifestation of oxygen corrosion found in boiler inspection are illustrated by practical cases. Measures and suggestions for preventing oxygen corrosion are put forward according to the existing anticorrosion technology in our country.
