下颌前移矫治器治疗OSAHS的研究

Study on the Treatment of OSAHS with Mandibular Advancement Appliance

有大量研究证实,口腔矫治器可有效治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAHS)。其中下颌前移矫治器具有成本低,无创伤,患者易接受等优势,在临床中最为常见。使用下颌前移矫治器治疗过程中,应注重全面的追踪随访及监测,减少副反应,提高临床疗效。本文针对的下颌前移矫治器作用机制、临床效果、副作用等方面进行综述。

A large number of studies have confirmed that oral appliances can effectively treat obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAHS). Among them, the mandibular advancement appliance has the advantages of low cost, no trauma, and easy acceptance by patients, and is most common in clinical practice. During the treatment of the mandibular advancement appliance, comprehensive follow-up and monitoring should be emphasized to reduce side effects and improve clinical outcomes. This article reviews the mechanism, clinical effects and side effects of the mandibular advancement appliance.
