摘要
通过教育内容与教育手段的有效融合,主题背景下的区域游戏活动有助于促进幼儿的综合发展。由于教师专业素养的偏低和幼儿园教育工作的繁重,当前幼儿园区域游戏活动还存在区域环境创设以教师为主、主题活动与区域游戏脱节、区域游戏与幼儿经验建构缺乏内在关联等问题。为实现区域游戏活动对幼儿的发展价值,教师应合理设置区域游戏活动目标,激发幼儿参与区域环境创设的主动性,合理投放游戏材料,并加强对区域游戏的过程性评价,同时幼儿园应改善教师工作环境,为主题背景下区域游戏活动的高质量开展提供师资保障。
The regional games under the theme aim to the children’s comprehensive development by the fusion of the content and means of education. Because of the low professional quality of teachers and a less-than-ideal work environment, the regional games aren’t satisfactory. In order to improve the quality of regional game,the teacher should set the objectives of regional games reasonably,stimulate children’s initiative to participate in regional environment creation,place the game materials reasonably,and strengthen the process evaluation of regional games. At last,the kindergarten should improve the quality of teachers and make their work more convenient.
