小儿呼吸内科气管肺炎的临床治疗效果观察

Effects of Tracheal Pneumonia in Pediatric Respiratory Department

目的:探讨不同的治疗措施对小儿呼吸内科气管肺炎的治疗效果。方法:选择2015年9月-2018年3月就诊于我院气管肺炎的儿童200例,随机分为观察组和对照组各100例。对照组给予常规治疗方案,观察组在此基础上加用炎琥宁和复方嗜乳酸杆菌片进行综合治疗,观察比较两组患儿的治疗效果和不良反应的发生率。结果:通过治疗后,观察组患儿症状消失时间和住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗的总有效率为91.00%,对照组的总有效率为81.00%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组不良反应的发生率亦明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对气管肺炎的患儿实施综合治疗,能显著改善肺炎患儿预后,且无明显不良反应,具有临床应用价值。

Objective: To explore the effects of different treatments on children tracheal pneumonia. Methods: 200 cases with tracheal pneumonia from September 2015 to March 2018 were selected,and randomly diveded into observation group and control group(n=100).The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given Yanhuning injection and Bifico on the basis of routine treatment.The therapeutic effects and side effects were observed and compared. Results: After treatment,the time of symptom disappearance and hospitalization in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group( P <0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.00%,and that of the control group was 81.00%,the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions was also significantly lower in the observation group( P <0.05). Conclusion: Combined treatment for children tracheal pneumonia can improve the prognosis of pneumonia and without obvious side effects,it has clinical promotion value.
