摘要
目前快速激活一次锌银贮备电池的隔膜主要是亲水性隔膜和聚乙烯醇(PVA)隔膜组合使用,但亲水性隔膜存在大孔,且湿抗张强度较低。为提高隔膜材料的性能,本研究利用天丝纤维的原纤化特性结合造纸湿法成形工艺制备得到PVA/天丝隔膜,该隔膜定量为28.8g/m2,湿抗张强度为300N/m,平均流量孔径为3.52μm,最大孔径为20.50μm,1min吸液高度为10mm。与定量为25.5g/m^2的亲水性隔膜相比,PVA/天丝纤维隔膜具有更高的湿抗张强度、更加均匀细小的孔径。
In this paper, the PVA/Tencel separator was prepared via papermaking process and using Tencel fiber as saw material which is with fully fibrillating characteristic, the properties of the resultant separator with basis weight of 28.8 g/m^2 were as follows: wet tensile strength 300 N/m, average mean flow pore diameter 3.52 μm and maximum pore diameter 20.50 μm. Compared with the hydrophilic separator with basis weight of 25.5 g/m^2, the PVA/Tencel separator had a greater wet tensile strength, more uniform and smaller pore size.
