瑶药妇康外熏方熏蒸联合盆底电刺激生物反馈疗法治疗产后子宫脱垂疗效观察

Observation of the therapeutic effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with Yao medicine Fukang outside fumigation in treatment of postpartum uterine prolapse

目的探讨瑶药妇康外熏方熏蒸联合盆底电刺激生物反馈疗法治疗产后子宫脱垂的临床效果。方法选择200例产后POP-Q分度为I度的子宫脱垂患者为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各100例。2组患者均给予盆底电刺激生物反馈疗法治疗,试验组患者在此基础上联合瑶药妇康外熏方熏蒸治疗。比较2组患者的临床治疗效果、盆底肌力改善情况,并用盆底功能影响问卷表(PFIQ-7)和盆底不适调查表(PCDI-20)对患者的生活质量进行评价,用重度盆腔器官脱垂-尿失禁、性生活问卷(PISQ)对患者的性生活质量进行评价。结果试验组患者临床治疗有效率为98.00%,明显高于对照组的82.00%(P<0.05);治疗后试验组患者盆底肌电位值显著高于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅰ类盆底肌力分级及Ⅱ类盆底肌力分级均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗后试验组患者PFIQ-7评分、PCDI-20评分均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05),PISQ评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论瑶药妇康外熏方熏蒸联合盆底电刺激生物反馈疗法治疗产后子宫脱垂临床疗效显著,可明显改善患者盆底肌力和性生活质量。

Objective It is to discuss the clinical effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with Fukang outside fumigation on postpartum uterine prolapse. Methods A total of 200 cases of patients with postpartum uterine prolapse (POP-Q I degree) were selected as research subjects and were randomly divided into study group and control group, 100 cases in each group. Both groups were treated by biofeedback electrical stimulation, and the patients in the study group were treated with Fukang outside fumigation additionally. The clinical efficacy, improvement of pelvic floor muscle strength were observed and compared, PFIQ-7, PCDI-20 were used to evaluate the life quality, and PISQ was used to evaluate the quality of sexual life in the two groups. Results The clinical efficacy in the study group was 98.00%, which was higher than that 82.00% in the control group ( P <0.05). The pelvic floor muscle electric potential in the study group was higher, the grade I pelvic floor muscle strength and grade II pelvic floor muscle strength were better than those in the control group after treatment ( P <0.05). The scores of PFIQ-7, PCDI-20 and PISQ in the study group were better than those in the control group after treatment( P <0.05). Conclusion Yao medicine Fukang outside fumigation combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation has evident clinic efficacy on postpartum uterine prolapse, and could obviously improve patient's pelvic floor muscle strength and quality of sexual life.
