应力点员利针深刺加灸治疗髌骨软化症的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Patellar Chondromalacia Treated by Deep Rounded Sharp Needling Stress Point Combined with Moxibustion

目的:比较应力点员利针深刺加灸与常规温针治疗髌骨软化症的临床疗效差异,为临床治疗髌骨软化症的优化方案提供更多的思考和借鉴。方法:将86例髌骨软化症患者,随机分为治疗组43例与对照组43例。治疗组采用应力点0.8mm×50mm员利针深刺加艾灸治疗,对照组采用常规温针灸治疗。两组每日治疗1次,7天为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。观察两组治疗前后Lysholm膝关节功能评分、JOA膝关节炎治疗疗效评分及临床疗效标准对比。结果:两组治疗后Lysholm评分、JOA评分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且2个疗程后治疗组Lysholm评分、JOA评分较对照组改善更为明显(P<0.05);治疗组临床疗效总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应力点员利针深刺加灸治疗髌骨软化症的疗效优于常规温针灸疗法,不仅能有效改善临床症状,也能加强髌股骨关节的物理稳定性,从而取得较满意的疗效。

Objective: To compare the clinical curative effect of deep rounded sharp needling stress point combined with moxibustion and needle-warming moxibustion in the treatment of patellar chondromalacia, so as to provide more thoughts and references for clinical treatment of patellar chondromalacia. Methods: 86 patients with patellar chondromalacia were randomly divided into the treatment group( n =43) and the control group( n =43 ). The treatment group was treated with deep rounded sharp needling(0.8 mm×50 mm needle) stress point combined with moxibustion;the control group was treated with conventional needle-warming moxibustion. The two groups were treated once per day, seven days were taken as one course of treatment. The two groups were treated for two courses. The Lysholm score of knee function, JOA score, and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results: After the treatment, the Lysholm score and JOA score were significantly improved in the two groups( P <0.05);in which the treatment group improved more than the control group( P <0.05). The curative effect was higher in the treatment group than that in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion: The curative effect of deep rounded sharp needling stress point combined with moxibustion is better than that of conventional needle-warming moxibustion in the treatment of patellar chondromalacia. It can not only improve the clinical symptoms, but also promote the physical stability of patellofemoral joint, thus to achieve a satisfactory effect.
