A Brief Discussion on Propagated Sensation along Channel

循经感传在经络研究中具有重要意义,是古人创立经络理论的重要依据,是针灸发展史上关键的一步。因此,本研究收集了近些年有关于循经感传的文献,通过对循经感传研究进展的总结分析,分别从循经感传的机制研究(肥大细胞论、电生理系统论、筋膜结缔组织论、容积传输理论等)、激发方法(刺法和灸法)、临床研究(针刺镇痛以及针刺麻醉等)方面进行简单客观的介绍,旨在为以后的临床研究提供理论依据。

Propagated sensation along channel is of great significance in the study of meridians and is an important basis for the creation of meridian theory for the ancients. It is a key step in the history of acupuncture development. Therefore, this article collected literature on the propagated sensation along channel in recent years to summarize the research progress round this field, trying to explore its mechanism in terms of mast cell theory, electrophysiological system theory, fascia connective tissue theory, volume transfer theory. It also introduced the stimulation methods of acupucnture and moxibustion. Clinical researches invovled acupuncture analgesia and acupuncture anesthesia. It aims to provide a theoretical basis for future clinical research.
