摘要
“治未病”理论是中医学体系的重要内容之一,中医体质学说作为体现治未病理论的一种学说,在临床疾病的防治中受到越来越多的重视。高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)持续性感染是妇科临床常见的疾病,具有潜在感染率高、病程迁延、易反复发作的特点,严重影响患者的健康水平和生活质量。基于治未病理论探讨中医体质学说在HR-HPV持续性感染中的应用,通过纠正偏颇体质达到预防和治疗的目的,可以提高对HR-HPV持续性感染的诊治水平。
The theory of preventive treatment of disease is one of the most important contents of TCM system. As an specific application method of preventive treatment of disease, constitution theory of TCM has attracted more and more attention in the prevention and treatment of clinical diseases. The persistent infection of HR-HPV is a common gynecological disease, which has the characteristics of high potential infection rate, longer duration and easier relapse. These seriously affect the health and living quality of the patients. The application of TCM constitution in persistent infection of HR-HPV based on preventive treatment of disease was discussed in the study, by correcting biased constitution is of significance to the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
