针刺胃俞募穴联合健脾固本和胃方对糖尿病胃轻瘫患者血浆Ghrelin的影响

Effect of Needling BL21 and CV12 Combined with Jianpi Guben Hewei Decoction on Plasma Ghrelin in DGP Patients

目的:观察针刺胃俞募穴联合健脾固本和胃方对2型糖尿病胃轻瘫患者血浆Ghrelin水平的影响。方法:108例符合纳入标准的糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为针药结合组、针刺组和中药组,针药结合组采用针刺胃俞募穴联合健脾固本和胃方治疗2型糖尿病胃轻瘫患者,与针刺组(针刺胃俞募穴)、健脾固本和胃方组(口服健脾固本和胃方)对照,观察治疗前后血浆Ghrelin的变化,探讨针刺胃俞募穴联合健脾固本和胃方治疗2型糖尿病胃轻瘫的可能作用机制。结果:3组治疗后的Ghrelin水平较治疗前均有明显下降(P<0.01,P<0.05),而治疗后针刺组与针药结合组的Ghrelin水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。针药结合组与中药组、针刺组与中药组的Ghrelin水平相比均有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:针刺胃俞募穴联合健脾固本和胃方能有效提高2型糖尿病胃轻瘫血浆Ghrelin水平,且针刺发挥主导作用。

Objective: To observe the effect of needling Weishu(BL21) and Zhongwan(CV12) combined with Jianpi Guben Hewei Decoction on plasma Ghrelin in the patients with diabetic gastroparesis(DGP). Methods: 108 DGP patients were randomly divided into the acupuncture group, the medication group and the combination group. The acupuncture group was treated with needling BL21 and CV12, the medication group was treated with Jianpi Guben Hewei Decoction, and the combination group was treated with needling BL21 and CV12 combined with Jianpi Guben Hewei Decoction. The changes of plasma Ghrelin were observed before and after the treatment. The possible mechanism of needling BL21 and CV12 combined with Jianpi Guben Hewei Decoction in the treatment of DGP was explored. Results: The level of Ghrelin was decreased significantly after the treatment in the three groups( P <0.05, P <0.01);however there was no significant difference in Ghrelin level between the acupuncture group and the combination group( P >0.05);there was a statistical difference in Ghrelin level between the combination group and the medication group, as well as between the acupuncture group and the medication group( P <0.01). Conclusion: Needling BL21 and CV12 combined with Jianpi Guben Hewei Decoction can effectively increase plasma level of Ghrelin, and acupuncture plays a leading role.
