随着生活水平的提高,人们的健康意识也在提高,对健康产品的需求也越来越大,植物提取物受到了人们的追捧。随着中国综合实力的提高,在世界范围内的影响不断扩大,中医药已经不仅仅局限于国内的市场。由于中药大部分都是植物原料,也有较为完备的理论体系和实践基础,这给了市场很大的信任,中药保健食品作为不可或缺的部分,它的市场潜力不可估量。而在植物提取水平愈发发达的当下,存在着类如监管欠缺、标准不完善统一、技术障碍、创新不足及卫生安全等问题。本文浅析了植物提取物在中药保健食品中的应用,并进行了未来发展趋势的预估。

With the improvement of living standards in China, people’s health concepts are also awakening, the demand for health products has grown, and plant extracts have been sought after. With the improvement of China’s comprehensive strength, the influence in the world is expanding. Chinese medicine is not only limited to the domestic market. Since most of the Chinese medicines are plant raw materials, and there are relatively complete theoretical systems and practical foundations, this gives the market a great deal of trust. As one of the indispensable parts of Chinese medicine health food, its market potential is immeasurable. At the moment when the level of plant extraction is becoming more developed, there are also problems such as lack of supervision, unification of standards, technical barriers, lack of innovation, and health and safety. This paper analyzed the application of plant extracts in traditional Chinese medicine health foods, and estimated the future development trend.
