摘要
本文从技工院校烹饪化学的教学现状以及存在的一些问题为出发点,从教学目标、教学内容、教学方法等方面探讨了烹饪化学的教学改革,希望能提高教学质量,提高学生的就业竞争能力。
Starting from the teaching current situation of cooking chemistry and some existing problems in technical colleges, this paper probes into the teaching reform of cooking chemistry from the aspects of teaching objectives, teaching contents and teaching methods, hoping to improve the teaching quality and students’ employment competitiveness.
