摘要 为进一步提升碾米设备的工艺性能,有效控制稻米加工中的增碎率,提高碾米设备出米率,降低大米加工能耗,延长米辊的使用寿命,同时探索胚芽米的加工工艺,叶威集团研制开发出了308钛合金米辊,使用摩擦擦离碾米工艺的横式碾米机。通过不断优化工艺参数,经生产验证表明:该设备具有出米率高、留胚率高、能耗低、体积小、噪音低、寿命长且性能稳定等优点。 In order to further improve the process performance of rice milling equipment, effectively control the rate of crushing in rice processing, increase the rice yield of rice milling equipment, reduce the energy consumption of rice processing, extend the service life of rice rolls, and explore the processing technology of germ rice, Yewei Group A horizontal rice milling machine using a 308 titanium alloy rice roll and using friction rubbing away from the rice milling process was developed. Through continuous optimization of process parameters, production verification shows that the equipment has the advantages of high rice yield, high retention rate, low energy consumption, small volume, low noise, long life and stable performance.
