关于食品质量安全问题与食品生产全面质量管理研究

Study on Food Quality Safety and Total Quality Management of Food Production

当前,人们对食品安全的重视程度越来越高,所以在食品生产过程中需要推行食品生产全面质量管理机制,而要达成这一目的,需要对当前存在的问题进行深入研究。本文指出了当前食品质量安全存在的主要问题,并在此基础上指出针对这些问题的解决措施,从而保证食品的生产质量获得充分提升。

People pay more and more attention to food safety, so it is necessary to implement the total quality management mechanism of food production in the food production process, and to achieve this goal, we need to conduct indepth research on the current problems.
