摘要
为了更好地利用松塔中的化学成分,本试验用磷钨酸为催化剂,在超声微波辅助下对松塔进行降解。通过改变溶剂种类、磷钨酸用量和时间探究最佳的工艺条件,并用GC/MS对降解产物进行分析。结果显示,降解松塔的最佳条件是以甲醇为溶剂,物料比为1∶2,反应时间为120min。GC/MS检测到48种化合物,其中酯类占多数(47.98%),芳香烃占19.03%,其余是脂肪族化合物和少量含氮化合物。
In order to make better use of the chemical composition of the pine cone, this experiment used phosphotungstic acid as catalyst to degrade the pine cone under the assistance of ultrasonic microwave. The optimum conditions were found by changing the kinds of solvents, dosage of phosphotungstic acid and time factors, and the degradation products were analyzed by GC/MS. The results showed that the best condition for the degradation of pine cones by ultrasonicmicrowave- assisted phosphotungstic acid was methanol as solvent, the material ratio was 1 ∶ 2, and the reaction time was 120 min. GC/MS detected 48 kinds of compounds, of which esters accounted for the majority (47.98%), aromatic hydr ℃ arbons accounted for 19.03%, and the rest were aliphatic compounds and small amounts of nitrogen-containing compounds.
