摘要
罐头食品工业是我国食品工业的一个重要分支,在我国食品消费市场中具有重要作用。本文分别从我国的罐头食品生产企业的区域分布、罐头食品产值、市场份额分布以及罐头食品的主要食品安全风险因素进行分析,并针对目前我国的罐头食品产业现状进行展望。
Canned food industry is an important branch of China's food industry and plays an important role in China's food consumption market. This paper analyzes the regional distribution of canned food production enterprises in China, the output value of canned foods, the distribution of market share, and the main food safety risk factors of canned foods, and forecasts the current status of canned food industry in China.
