摘要
随着社会的发展,单一的旅游模式已经不能满足市场的需求,美食文化作为文博旅游中提升地方文化体验的重要渠道,日渐受到市场的重视。当下成都美食文化旅游的开发存在着美食资源整合凝聚力不足、缺乏与其他产业的联动合作、美食旅游中忽视美食的文化底蕴等问题,这些问题制约着成都美食文化旅游的深度发展。成都美食文化游的发展可以从品、浸、连、游、感及创新等8个方面进行深入开发。
With the development of society, the simple tourism model can no longer meet the needs of the market. As an important channel for enhancing local cultural experience, food culture is increasingly valued by the market. At present, the development of food culture tourism in Chengdu has problems such as insufficient integration of food resources, lack of cooperation with other industries, and neglect of cultural heritage in food tourism. These problems restrict the deep development of Chengdu food culture tourism. The development of Chengdu food culture tour can be developed in depth from eight aspects: product, dip, company, travel, sense and innovation.
