摘要
在大力提倡节约环保的时代背景下,对资源进行整合和充分利用具有重要的意义。客观因素导致了临期食品的产生,临期产品仍在保质期内,而因消费者认知偏差等原因直接导致临期食品变成过期食品,使得这些食品不得不被人为销毁等,最终导致大量浪费。因此本文用观察法和问卷法对杭州市富阳区部分超市进行考察研究,旨在了解消费者对临期食品的认知现状和购买意愿,并分析原因,提出建议对策,促使广大消费者对临期食品改观,让临期食品免于过期,减少不必要的浪费。
Under the background of vigorously promoting environmental protection, resource integration and full utilization are of great significance. The traders cause the production of the temporary food due to objective factors, advent food that is still in the safe period, and the consumers directly cause the temporary food to become expired food due to cognitive deviation, etc., so that the food has to be artificially destroyed, eventually leading to a lot of waste. Therefore, this paper used observation method and questionnaire method to study some supermarkets in Fuyang Hangzhou, in order to understand the current consumer cognition status and purchase intention of the food, and analyzed the reasons, suggestions were made to encourage consumers to improve their foods on the spot, to avoid the expired foods and to reduce unnecessary waste.
