整流式垂直轴阻力型风力机性能的数值研究

摘要 本文对某型整流式垂直轴阻力型风力机的工作性能进行了数值模拟。计算采用非稳态的二维SSTk-ω湍流模型。控制方程的差分格式采用二阶迎风格式,时间差分为二阶隐式。压力和速度的耦合求解采用SIMPLE算法。计算得到了风力机附近涡量及压力等物理场的分布情况,并由此分析了风能利用系数随尖速比、风叶数量,导流叶片数量等的变化规律。结果表明,风能利用系数的主要影响因素是尖速比,在尖速比为0.55附近达到最大值;本型风力机最佳的风叶和导流叶片组合为风叶数为7,导流叶片数为16,风能利用系数最高可达到15.51%。 In this paper,the performance characteristics of a resistance type vertical axis wind turbine(VAWT)with a rectifier are numerically studied.The transient two-dimensional SST k-ωmodel is solved by employing SIMPLE algorithm for the de-coupling of pressure and velocity.The second order upwind scheme and the second order implicit schemes are adopted for spatial and temple discretization of the governing equations respectively.The distribution of vorticity,pressure and other physical variables near the wind turbine are obtained.The variations of the wind energy utilization coefficient with the tip-speed ratio,the number of rotor blade and the number of guiding blade are analyzed.It is found that the main influence factor of the wind energy utilization coefficient is the tip-speed ratio,and of the coefficient will reach its maximum value near the tip-speed ratio of 0.55.The best combination of rotor blade and guiding blade for this type of wind turbine is that the number of rotor blade is 7 and the number of guiding blade is 16.The maximum value of wind energy utilization coefficient under this combination is up to 15.51%.
