摘要
采用宏观形貌分析、化学成分分析、金相显微组织分析、SEM微观形貌分析等手段,对某化工公司压缩机活塞杆断裂进行了失效分析。结果表明,淬火导致马氏体粗大致使活塞杆韧性下降,最终发生疲劳断裂。
Analysis of the of the compressor piston rod of a failed chemical company was carried out based on macroscopic morphology analysis,chemical composition analysis,metallographic microstructure analysis,SEM fracture surface analysis.The results showed that the fracture of the compressor piston rod was fatigue fracture.Insufficient toughness which caused by the roughness of quenched martensite is the main cause of fatigue fracture of piston rod.
