摘要
改变过硫酸钾的配制方式,冷藏保存35天后,分析高、中、低浓度质控样,分析结果的相对偏差和相对误差均≤5%,满足质量保证和质量控制要求,即满足精密性及准确性要求,说明该配制方法是可行的,既保证了结果的准确性,又简化了步骤,大大提高了过硫酸钾的利用率;标准曲线可以代替工作曲线,既减少了过硫酸钾的使用量,又提高了工作效率。通过分析质控样和实际水样,其分析结果相对偏差和相对误差均≤5%,加标回收率在90%~110%之间,均满足精密性及准确性要求。为准确分析水环境中总氮含量有指导意义,为控制水环境富营养化提供科学依据。
After 35 days of refrigeration and storage,the quality control samples of high,medium and low concentration were analyzed.The relative deviation and relative error of the analysis results were less than 5%,which met the requirements of quality assurance and quality control,i.e.precision and accuracy.It showed that the preparation method was feasible.It is not only ensured the accuracy of the results,simplified the steps,but also greatly improved the utilization rate of potassium persulfate.The standard curve can replace the working curve,which not only reduces the use of potassium persulfate,but also improves the working efficiency.Through the analysis of quality control sample and actual water sample,the relative deviation and relative error of the analysis results were less than 5%,and the recovery of standard addition is between 90%and 110%,which meet the requirements of precision and accuracy.It has guiding significance for accurately analyzing the total nitrogen content in water environment,and provides scientific basis for controlling water environment eutrophication.
