延续护理干预对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响

Effect of continuous nursing intervention on life quality of schizophrenic patients

研究延续护理模式对精神分裂症(SP)患者生活质量的影响。选择2016年4月-2017年8月有明确诊断的70例SP患者,所有患者均接受常规治疗与护理干预,40例患者在此基础上实施延续护理,为试验组,其他30例患者为对照组,对比两组患者的护理效果。经护理后,试验组的SQLS各分量表评分低于对照组、用药依从性评分高于对照组,两组差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。延续护理干预可明显改善SP患者的生活质量,提升其用药依从性,促进疾病的转归进程。

To study the effect of continuous nursing mode on the life quality of schizophrenia(SP)patients.Seventy SP patients with definite diagnosis from April 2016 to August 2017 were selected.All patients received routine treatment and nursing intervention.On this basis,40 patients were given continuous nursing.The experimental group and 30 other patients were the control group.The nursing effects of two groups were compared.After nursing,the scores of each subscale of SQLS in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of medication compliance were higher than those in control group.There was statistical significance between two groups(P<0.05).Continuous nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of life of SP patients,enhance their drug compliance and promote the course of disease progression.
