摘要
分析了KDF3成型机开松部分供压气路及其工作原理,探讨了在丝束输送过程中,由于捕丝器供压不稳定,导致丝束输送不均匀,严重时导致成型纸破裂,设备跑条,出现停机故障。通过改进开松部分供气气路,保证补丝器供压稳定,使设备在运行过程中丝束线速度与成型纸线速度保持一致。改进后,丝束运行更趋稳定,减少了丝束输送不均匀引起的停机故障,同时使产品质量趋于稳定,提高了设备的过程控制能力。
The air supply circuit and its working principle of the loosening part of KDF3 moulding machine are analyzed,and the non-uniform transmission of the tow caused by the unstable pressure of the wire catcher in the process of tow conveying is discussed,which leads to the breakdown of the moulding paper,the running strip of the equipment and the breakdown of the machine in serious cases.By improving the air supply circuit of the loosening part,the pressure of the wire feeder is ensured to be stable,and the wire speed of the tow is consistent with that of the forming paper during equipment operation.After the improvement,the tow operation is more stable,the shutdown fault caused by the uneven transmission of the tow is reduced,the product quality is stable,and the process control ability of the equipment is improved.
