摘要
自动砂轮划片机是集机械、自动控制、光、电、真空技术、空气动力学、流体力学等一体的精密性较高的切割类设备,以精度理论为指导,对其系统进行设计,提出提高传动精度采用的措施,阐释了辅助系统和控制系统的设计原理。
Automatic grinding wheel dicing machine is a kind of cutting equipment with high precision,which integrates mechanical,automatic control,optical,electrical,vacuum technology,aerodynamics,hydrodynamics and so on.Guided by the precision theory,this paper designs the equipment system,puts forward the measures to improve the transmission accuracy,and explains the design principles of the auxiliary system and the control system.
