为提升建筑工程整体建设水平,应注重选用建筑节能材料。从屋面保温隔热材料和墙体保温隔热材料两方面阐述了节能材料的性能和具体应用,探讨了涂膜防水屋面施工技术,详细分析了涂膜防水屋面的基层处理、施工操作要求、操作方式和步骤,以期节能降耗,优化建筑室内外环境,延长建筑物的使用寿命,促进建筑行业稳步发展。

In order to improve the overall construction level of construction projects,attention should be paid to the selection of building energy-saving materials.The performance and specific application of energy-saving materials are expounded from two aspects of roof thermal insulation materials and wall thermal insulation materials.The construction technology of coated waterproof roof is discussed,and the base treatment,construction operation requirements,operation modes and steps of coated waterproof roof are analyzed in detail.It is hoped to save energy and reduce consumption,optimize the indoor and outdoor environment of buildings,prolong the service life of buildings,and promote the steady development of the construction industry.
