摘要 介绍了掘进机电气系统构成,其包括电控箱、显示箱、操作箱、报警装置、电机。分析了掘进机电气系统保护功能的实现。PLC会对故障信息进行自动检测,并按照检测信息控制掘进机的相关部件,以达到暂停掘进机部分部件工作,实现保护系统的目的。阐述了掘进机电气系统的实时故障诊断。当掘进机电气系统发生故障时,电气系统操作人员可通过查看人机界面中显示的故障信息提示进行深入分析,找出故障发生的原因,并采取有针对性的解决办法。还可以借助历史故障查询功能对新故障进行预判,并依据故障发生的实际概率,检验某个元部件的可靠性,判断其制造工艺的合理性。 The composition of electric system of roadheader is introduced,including electronic control box,display box,operation box,alarm device and motor.The realization of protection function of electric system of roadheader is analyzed.The fault information is detected automatically by PLC,and the relevant parts of roadheader are controlled according to the detection information,so as to suspend the work of some parts of roadheader and realize the purpose of protection system.It expounds the real-time fault diagnosis of electric system of roadheader.When the electric system of roadheader breaks down,the operator of electric system can make in-depth analysis by looking at the fault information hints displayed in the man-machine interface,find out the causes of the breakdown,and adopt targeted solutions.It can also use the function of historical fault inquiry to pre-judge the new fault,and test the reliability of a component according to the actual probability of the fault occurrence,and judge the rationality of its manufacturing process.
