PE管在燃气工程中的应用前景

摘要 PE管投资成本低,适应能力强,安装与维护较为方便,适合在燃气工程中使用。介绍了PE管施工技术的具体流程,着重分析了PE管的连接技术、管沟的开挖技术,指出了PE管在燃气工程施工中应注意的问题,强调PE管道只能使用在埋地管道中,不能使用在室内地上管道中。在PE管的实际敷设过程中,管道允许的弯曲半径不得小于25倍公称直径。在回填土的过程中,管道周围不能出现尖硬的建筑垃圾。展望了PE管的发展前景,它将会逐渐取代金属管道,向着系列化生产不断前进。 PE pipe has low investment cost,strong adaptability,convenient installation and maintenance,and is suitable for use in gas engineering.It introduces the concrete process of PE pipe construction technology,emphatically analyses the connection technology of PE pipe and the excavation technology of pipe trench,points out the problems that should be paid attention to in the gas engineering construction of PE pipe,and emphasizes that PE pipe can only be used in buried pipeline,but can not be used in indoor pipeline on the ground.In the actual laying process of PE pipe,the allowable bending radius of the pipe should not be less than 25 times the nominal diameter.In the process of backfilling,there should be no sharp construction waste around the pipeline.The development prospect of PE pipe is prospected.It will gradually replace metal pipe and move towards serialization production.
