建筑给排水施工现状研析

Analysis of construction status of building water supply and drainage

分析了建筑给排水工程施工技术存在的问题,如技术水平不够,无法根据实际情况进行预留管与预留孔的操作;技术监管不到位,没有对隐蔽的给排水工程实施必要监管;施工技术人员素质不高,不了解给排水工程的施工技术要点,不按技术标准和施工图纸进行施工;施工计划性不强,没能有效控制施工成本支出,无法体现出与其他工程的衔接性,并针对这些问题提出了改进策略,如做好前期准备工作,对施工现场进行实地勘查;严格管控施工质量,保证套管与孔洞位置的一致性;加强技术控制,做好渗漏密闭试验检测,从而确保建筑给排水工程施工的顺利实施。

This paper analyses the problems existing in the construction technology of building water supply and drainage engineering,such as insufficient technical level,the operation of reserved pipes and reserved holes according to actual conditions,inadequate technical supervision,the lack of necessary supervision of concealed water supply and drainage engineering,the low quality of construction technicians,the lack of understanding of the key technical points of water supply and drainage engineering,and the failure to comply with technical standards and construction drawings,construction planning is not strong enough to effectively control construction cost and expenditure,and can not reflect the cohesion with other projects.In view of these problems,improvement strategies are put forward,such as making preparatory work well,conducting on-site survey of construction site;strictly controlling construction quality to ensure the consistency of casing and hole location;strengthening technical control and doing well leakage sealing test,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of building water supply and drainage engineering construction.
