摘要
介绍了工程造价咨询行业的发展现状,分析了造价咨询不良对控制工程造价造成的影响,从决策阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段、竣工阶段几方面阐述了造价咨询对控制造价的作用,并提出了对工程造价加强控制的对策。
This paper introduces the development status of engineering cost consulting industry.The impact of poor cost consultation on cost control is analyzed.It expounds the influence of cost consultation on cost control from the aspects of decision-making stage,design stage,bidding stage,construction stage and completion stage,and puts forward some countermeasures for strengthening cost control.
