林少华译本风格成因:描述翻译学视角的阐释

An Analysis of Lin Shaohua’s Translation Style Formation from the Perspective of Descriptive Translation

为使人们从新的理论视角对译者行为有更为全面的理解,以描述翻译学翻译规范和译者惯习理论为依据,探究译者在所处翻译场域内规范规约下,在其社会化过程中其惯习的形成轨迹。基于此,分析译者惯习对其译本风格的具体影响。研究指出,译者的译本风格与翻译规范以及其译者惯习之间有着密切的关联。厘清三者之间的关系能够使人们对于译者惯习的形成过程有更加形象的认知,也有助于人们更为客观、深入地理解译者在翻译过程中的选择。

From the angle of Descriptive Translation and based on the translation norm and translator habitus,the paper explores the translator’s experiences of forming the translator habitus in his or her education receiving,academic researches and being a translator within the norm in the field of translation.The translator’s habitus is analyzed and its influence on the formation of the translation style is discussed.It is discovered that there is interrelationship among one’s translation style,norms and translator habitus.Analyzing such interrelationship does not only help people possess strong cognition of the translator habitus formation,but it can also help people better understand the translator’s thinking in the translating.
