摘要
质子交换膜燃料电池具有能量转换效率高、无污染的特点,被认为是最具前景的新能源技术。目前使用非铂催化剂替代Pt催化剂是质子交换膜燃料电池研究中的焦点。文章阐述了使用具有金属有机框架结构(MOF)的Fe/N/C催化剂制备膜电极的方法,对膜电极催化层进行了微观结构的表征。然后从催化剂载量、浆料的I/C比以及膜电极的涂布方式3个角度研究了影响非铂催化剂性能的关键因素。
Proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)is considered to be the most promising new energy technology with high efficiency and negligible environmental pollution.At present,the use of non-Pt catalyst instead of valuable Pt metal is the hot topic in the PEMFC research area.In this paper,Fe/N/C catalyst with structure of metal organic framework(MOF)is used to prepare the membrane electrode.In this study,the key factors affecting the performance of non-platinum catalysts are studied from three perspectives:catalyst load,I/C ratio of slurry and coating mode of membrane electrode.
