Research on Improvement Method of Utilization Rate of Glass Glue in Automobile OEMs

文章主要介绍了在施工过程中如何提高粘接式玻璃黑胶利用率的方法,通过对供胶系统的不断优化改善,分别采用提前抽真空法、“0位”切换法、增加供胶系统的压盘垫圈以及黑胶胶桶的改善,有效地降低黑胶在使用过程中的浪费。

The construction process of adhesive glass glue is widely used in the automobile industry and the ways and means to improve the utilization rate of glue in the whole vehicle factory are introduced in this paper.The advance vacuum method,the"0"switch method,the pressure plate washer of the rubber supply system and the improvement of the glue drum are adopted respectively to reduce the waste of glue in the process effectively.
