恒压变量柱塞泵斜盘偏心距的计算与仿真 被引量:3

摘要 斜盘偏心距设计合理与否是影响恒压变量柱塞泵稳定工作的因素之一。为了使柱塞泵获得良好的工作品质,需要对斜盘偏心距设计方法进行深入研究。采用数值分析的方法得到斜盘偏心距的理论计算公式,并应用Simulink仿真软件搭建仿真模型求得斜盘偏心距值。深入分析了影响斜盘偏心距取值大小的因素,将分析结果应用到产品中进行试验考核,验证了斜盘偏心距计算的正确性,为斜盘偏心距的设计提供了一种有效方法。此外,应用以上设计方法对8型产品进行了斜盘偏心距的计算复核,结合实践经验总结出了斜盘偏心距值的合理取值范围,为斜盘偏心距的设计提供了一定参考。 Design of swash plate eccentricity is an important factor for constant pressure variable piston pump.It strongly affects piston pump's stable work if the design is not reasonable.In order to get a good working quality of piston pump,we need to conduct an intensive study on the design method of swash plate eccentricity.We get theoretical formulas of swash plate eccentricity by numerical analysis method,and use the Simulink simulation software to build a simulation model to obtain swash plate eccentricity values.On this basis,we deeply analyze the factors affecting the value of eccentricity of swash plate.Furthermore,we apply the result to a realistic product for test assessment.The experimental results confirm correctness of the theoretical result,indicating that we provide an effective method for design of swash plate eccentricity.And we apply this method to 8 types of products and summarize the reasonable range of eccentricity values of swash plates,which gives a certain reference for design of eccentricity of swash plate.
