摘要 氢燃料电池汽车是目前唯一真正做到“零排放”的新能源汽车,也是未来汽车发展的必然趋势。发展氢燃料电池汽车的关键是加氢站的普及程度,而建设成本是制约国内加氢站普及程度的重要因素,关键设备全部进口又是成本居高不下的原因所在。为助推我国氢燃料电池汽车的发展,联合研制了具有自主知识产权的国内首台液压驱动、两级连续压缩的活塞式超高压氢气压缩机,作为加氢站的关键设备之一,其技术性能达到了国外同类产品的先进水平,高效、节能,完全可以替代进口,且成本大幅度降低。 A hydrogen-fuel battery car is the only car that can achieve “zero release” among new-energy vehicles.It s also the future trend for automobile industry.A main point to develop this hydrogen vehicle is popularization level for hydrogen-filling station.Construction cost is an important factor restricting the popularity of domestic hydrogen-filling station.The import of all key equipment is the reason why the cost remains high.In order to help development of hydrogen battery car,we develop the first two-stage piston type extra-high-pressure compressor in China with independent intellectual property.As the main machinery of hydrogen station,its performance can reach the advanced level with advantage of high-efficiency,energy-saving and it can replace the import with lower cost.
