SiO2的质量浓度对Zn-Ni-P/SiO2复合镀层耐蚀性的影响

摘要 向Zn-Ni-P合金镀液中添加纳米SiO2微粒,获得了Zn-Ni-P/SiO2复合镀层。通过电化学测试及盐水浸泡试验,研究了SiO2的质量浓度对Zn-Ni-P/SiO2复合镀层耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:随着SiO2的质量浓度的增加,镀层的耐蚀性先增强后减弱;当SiO2的质量浓度为8 g/L时,镀层的耐蚀性最好。 Zn-Ni-P/SiO2 composite coatings were prepared from Zn-Ni-P alloy plating bath containing nano-SiO2 particles.The mass concentration of SiO2 on the corrosion resistance ofZn-Ni-P/SiO2 composite coatings was studied by electrochemical test and brine immersion test.The results showed that the corrosion resistance of the coatings improved first and then declined with the increasing of the mass concentration of SiO2.When the mass concentration of SiO2 was8 g/L,the coating has the best corrosion resistance.
