摘要 为了制定人造彩砂耐磨性测试标准,分别考察了搅拌速度、搅拌时间、介质等因素对人造彩砂磨损率的影响。结果表明,随搅拌速度增大,彩砂的磨损率几乎呈线性增大,在10min内,彩砂的磨损率快速上升,而在10~30min内,磨损率缓慢增大;在相同搅拌速度和搅拌时间下,彩砂在空气、水和苯丙乳液介质中的磨损率大小依次为:空气介质>水介质>苯丙乳液介质;在液态介质中搅拌,彩砂的磨损率随液固比增大而降低。结合生产应用实际,建议彩砂的耐磨性在空气介质中进行测试,搅拌速度为200~300r/min,搅拌时间为10~30min。 This study investigated the effects of stirring speed,mixing time and media on the wear rate of artificial colored sand,in order to establish a better test standard for the wear resistance of colored sand.The results showed that the wear rate of the colored sand increased linearly with the stirring speed.Concretely,within 10 minutes,the wear rate of the colored sand rose rapidly,while in 10~30 minutes,the wear rate increased slowly.Under the same condition of stirring speed and time,the wear rate of colored sand in different media was in the order of:in air>in water>in styrene-acrylic emulsion.In the liquid stirring medium,the wear rate of colored sand decreased with liquid-solid ratio increasing.According to the experimental results combined with the practical production,the experimental test method for the wear resistance of colored sand was recommended in the air medium with the stirring speed of 200~300 r/min and mixing time of 10~30 minutes.
