配电网分区分类的综合措施降损方案 被引量:2

摘要 基层供电公司在开展配电网降损改造工作时,对不同区域、不同类型的配电网具体采用何种降损措施以及合理分配预算资金,带有一定的盲目性。针对此现象,提出了一种基于收集数据完整性及特点,将配电网分区分类,进而将配电网降损简化为多个子区配网并行优化,各子区配网分别采用特定降损措施。采用基于节点分层的前推回代潮流计算方法和灰色关联度预测法对所提模型求解。可为配电网节能规划提供系统性的科学理论指导,提高供电企业节能规划工作效率。最后以某供电公司典型10kV配电网为例,验证了上述节能规划思路及模型的有效性。 There is some blindness in distribution network loss deduction projects of basic level power supply companies when they determine specific loss reduction measures and make fund allocations for different types of distribution networks in different areas.To overcome this problem,this paper proposed an approach which,based on the integrity of collected data and its characteristics,divided and classified distribution networks and simplified their loss reduction into parallel optimization of several sub-area networks,with each sub-area network adopting its own specific measures.The proposed model was solved in the forward-back sweep algorithm based on node stratification as well as grey correlation prediction method.This approach could provide systematic scientific theory guidance for energy-saving planning of distribution networks,and improve the efficiency of energy-saving planning of power supply enterprises.Finally,taking a typical 10 kV distribution network of a power supply company as example,the effectiveness of the above-mentioned energy saving planning idea and its model was verified.
