The quality in the Sterilization and Supply Center is directly related to the safety of patients in hospital.With"quality first,patient first"as the work goal,the work was strictly carried out according to the national norms.Through measures of identifying customer's needs,clarifying the work objectives,strengthening the basic management,effectively learning and improvement,and continuously improving the quality,etc.,the quality trustworthy team activity was fully developed in departments.Through the activities,the Sterilization and Supply Center had established strict institutional guarantees,scientific work processes,improved work efficiency and quality,and better ensured the safety of patient.
