某职业病防治院资质认定现场评审不符合项分析

The Nonconforming Items Analysis in Site Assessment of Qualification Authentication in An Occupational Disease Prevention Agency

目的对资质认定现场评审不符合项进行分析,寻找原因,针对性改进。方法收集某职业病防治院2007年-2017年资质认定现场评审材料,对不符合项分布范围和产生原因进行分析。结果该院共接受9次资质认定现场评审,发现不符合项36项。其中,关键不符合项21项,占58.33%;关键科室不符合项29项,占80.56%;关键科室关键不符合项18项,占关键不符合项的85.71%。结论该院除应认真落实现场评审不符合项整改工作外,还应对关键不符合项和关键科室予以重点关注并加强监督,及时发现问题并及时纠正,从而保障质量管理体系有效运行。

Objective To analyze the non-conformance items in site assessment of qualification authentication,find out the reasons,make targeted improvement.Methods The data of the site assessment of qualification authentication in an occupational disease prevention agency from 2007 to 2017 was collected,and the distribution range and causes of the nonconforming items were analyzed.Results The agency had received 9 on-site assessments of qualification authentication and 36 nonconformities items were found.Among them,21 were key non-conformance items,accounting for 58.33%of the total number of non-conformance items;29 nonconformities were found in key departments,accounting for 80.56%of the total number of nonconformities.There were 18 key nonconformities in key departments,accounting for 85.71%of the total number of key nonconformities.Conclusion In addition to the rectification work of nonconformance items in site review,the organization should pay attention to and strengthen the supervision of key nonconformance items and key departments in daily work,find out the problems and correct them in time,so as to ensure the effective operation and continuous improvement of the quality management system.
