基于0-1整数规划的配电网区段定位方法

Distribution Network Section Location Method Based on 0-1 Integer Programming

在配电网中各条馈线相对独立,同时单条馈线上的FTU节点数量较少,因此基于智能算法的区段定位方法在定位速度和稳定性上存在提高的空间。提出一种基于0-1整数规划的区段定位方法来提高定位速度和稳定性。对辐射型配电网和含分布式电源的配电网开关函数进行分析,得出每条馈线以T型节点为边界可以划分为多个分支的结论,并依据此结论构建出了区段定位的双层模型;由于模型分层后单次定位关联的节点数大幅减小,于是利用0-1整数规划对双层模型进行求解。通过算例分析,验证了所提方法在定位速度和稳定性上的优势。

In the distribution network,each feeder is relatively independent,and the number of FTU nodes on a single feeder is relatively small.Therefore,the speed and stability of the section location method based on intelligent algorithm have large room for improvement.To solve this problem,a section location method based on 0-1 integer programming is proposed in this paper.Based on the analysis of switching functions of the radial distribution network and the distribution network with distributed generators,it is concluded that each feeder can be divided into multiple branches by T-shaped nodes.According to this conclusion,a double-level model of section location is constructed.Because the number of nodes associated with single location decreases greatly after the model is stratified,the bi-level model is solved by 0-1 integer programming.An example is given to illustrate the advantages of the proposed method in positioning speed and stability.
