摘要
选用草木灰水溶液改性天然贫铁矿作为载氧体,在固定床中,采用CO作为还原气体,考察了K +物质的量比改性载氧体活性的影响;并对其进行短时间、多次数氧化还原循环试验研究。结果表明:K +物质的量比越高,改性载氧体的活性越好。改性载氧体在固定床100次循环反应中表现出了较强的循环稳定性;随着循环次数的增多,改性载氧体会出现粉化情况,且K +物质的量比越高,改性载氧体的粉化现象越严重。
Taking the lean iron ore modified by plant ash aqueous solution as the oxygen carrier, and the CO as the reducing gas, a series of short-duration multi-cycle chemical-looping combustion (CLC) tests were conducted in a fixed bed to analyze the effects of K + load ratio on the activity of the modified oxygen carrier. Results show that the higher the K + load ratio is, the better the activity of the modified oxygen carrier will be. The modified oxygen carrier exhibits strong cyclic stability in the fixed bed for 100 cycles. With the rise of cyclic number, the modified oxygen carrier gets pulverized, and the higher the K + load ratio is, the more serious the pulverizing phenomenon will be.
