湿法脱硫烟气冷凝水处理与利用试验研究

Experimental Research on Treatment and Utilization of the Condensate from Wet Flue Gas Desulphurization

对湿法脱硫后烟气中收集到的冷凝水再利用进行了试验研究。结果表明:湿法脱硫后烟气冷却了5~10 K后收集的冷凝水,能够直接作为除雾器冲洗用水;经过加NaOH处理后,能够作为工业水补水;在循环冷却水pH较高的情况下,冷凝水能够作为冷却塔补水,同时可代替硫酸降低循环冷却水的pH。

Experimental studies were conducted on the condensate collected from wet flue gas desulphurization. Results show that the condensate, collected from the flue gas having been cooled down for 5~10 K, could be directly taken as the flushing water of demister;it could also be used as industrial make-up water after being added with sodium hydroxide;when the pH value of circulating cooling water is relatively high, the condensate could be taken as the make-up water for cooling tower to reduce the pH value of circulating cooling water instead of sulfuric acid.
