摘要 针对某PG9171E燃气轮机排气框架的2台50%容量冷却风机未设有冗余配置会对机组运行造成影响,新增1台国产50%容量风机,进行流场分析确定其合理安装位置,导入Mark Ⅵe控制系统后,可实现3台风机顺利切换,排除了系统隐患并保证机组安全运行。 For the PG9171E gas turbine exhaust frames, only two blowers with respective 50% capacity were equipped and no spare blower was prepared, this may bring great risk to normal operation of the unit. To solve this problem, a domestic blower with 50% capacity was newly added. Based on simulation results, the domestic blower was reasonably placed to realize switching operation among the three blowers with an introduction of Mark Ⅵe control system, which helps to eliminate hidden troubles and secure safety operation of the unit.
