反应型和添加型磷杂菲类阻燃剂在聚合物中的应用进展 被引量:12

摘要 磷杂菲(DOPO)类阻燃剂是有机磷系阻燃剂的重要组成部分,近几年作为卤系阻燃剂的替代品引起了广泛的关注。DOPO类阻燃剂分为添加型和反应型两大类,不同类型的阻燃剂具有不同的结构特点从而适用于不同的聚合物基体,且同一类型的DOPO类阻燃剂在不同基体中的阻燃机理和阻燃效果也不同。文中总结了添加型和反应型DOPO类阻燃剂的特点及应用,详细讨论了不同的DOPO类阻燃剂在不同基体中的阻燃机理,并对2种类型的阻燃剂进行了总结和比较。 DOPO-based flame retardants are important parts of organophosphorus flame retardants.In recent years,DOPO-based flame retardants have aroused a widespread concern as substitute for halogen-based flame retardants.DOPO-based flame retardants are divided into two types:additive flame retardants and reactive flame retardants.Different types of flame retardants have different structural characteristics and therefore fit for different polymer matrices.The flame retardant mechanism and flame retardant effect of the same type of DOPO-based flame retardants in different matrices are also different.The characteristics and application of additive and reactive DOPO-based flame retardants were summarized.And the flame retardant mechanism of different DOPO-based flame retardants in different matrices was discussed in detail.Also,the two types of flame retardants were summarized and compared.
