流行病学调查外部质量控制评价指标体系研究

Study on external quality control evaluation index system of epidemiological investigation

对于流行病学调查而言,保证数据真实性是重中之重。建立流行病学调查外部质量控制评价指标体系,可以客观评价流行病学调查质量,保证流行病学调查科学有效。根据质量管理学科中“全面质量管理”的思想,本研究建立了一套流行病学调查外部质量控制评价指标体系,包括调查现场质量控制、材料运输质量控制、录音质量控制、实验室检验质量控制、资料核查、回访核查、数据核查等7个一级指标、14个二级指标和38个三级指标。在实际应用中,该指标体系可以规范流行病学调查工作流程,更好地明确责任,发现数据收集过程中存在的问题,及时整改,提高所获得数据的科学性和可靠性。

For epidemiological investigation,the most important thing is to ensure the authenticity of data.The establishment of external quality control evaluation index system for epidemiological investigation can objectively evaluate the quality of epidemiological investigation and ensure the scientific and effective epidemiological investigation.According to quality management discipline in the thought of“total quality management”,this study developed a set of epidemiological survey external quality control evaluation index system,including seven first-level indicators such as investigation field quality control,material transportation,quality control,quality control,quality control of laboratory testing,recording data verification,review and verification,data checking and so on,14 secondary indicators and 38 tertiary indicators.In practical application,the indicator system can standardize the epidemiological investigation workflow,preferably define responsibilities,find problems in the data collection process,timely rectify,and improve the scientificity and reliability of the obtained data.
