摘要
针对普通软起动器无法满足重载应用场合大转矩起动需求的问题,通过对离散变频理论的深入研究分析,提出了一种离散变频软起动控制方法。搭建仿真模型,仿真结果表明该控制方法可有效降低电动机初始起动电流,同时大幅提高初始起动转矩。在理论分析及仿真基础上,研制了一台基于离散变频控制方法的软起动样机,试验结果与仿真结果相符,再次验证了该方法的有效性及正确性,该控制方法有效改善了软起动的起动性能,具有重要的经济技术价值。
Aiming at the problem that ordinary soft starter can not meet the requirement of large torque startup in heavy load applications,a discrete frequency conversion soft start control method was proposed through in-depth analysis of discrete frequency conversion theory. The simulation model was built and the simulation results show that the control method can effectively reduce the initial starting current of the motor and significantly increase the initial starting torque at the same time. Based on the theoretical analysis and simulation,a soft-start prototype which based on discrete frequency control method was developed. The experimental results are in accordance with the simulation results. The validity and correctness of the method are verified again. The control method can effectively improves the start-up performance of the soft satrer,also has important economic and technical value.
